Information
Swimwear
We recommend wool, as it breathes better than synthetic swimwear and offers a more comfortable sauna experience.
Two towels
Bring one towel to sit on and one to dry yourself with. As a general rule, your skin should not be in direct contact with the wood, so the towel should cover both the seat and your feet.
Water bottle
Make sure to drink plenty of water before entering the sauna. We do not recommend bringing plastic into the sauna room, as heat may release harmful chemicals that we want to avoid. Please leave your water bottle in the changing room and drink during your cooling-off breaks.
Bathing shoes
Recommended if your feet get cold easily.
PIN code
Your PIN code will be available on My Page on the day of your booking. You can access it through the link sent by email or Vipps.
Sauna etiquette
Please be considerate of other guests.
Sit on a towel and avoid direct skin contact with the wood.
Only fresh water may be poured onto the stove.
Leave the sauna clean and welcoming for the guests arriving after you.
Smoking and snus are not permitted.
Please take care — surfaces may be slippery.
Never swim alone.
Use of the sauna and bathing facilities is at your own risk. Always take responsibility for your own safety.
